APTITUDE TEST (CSAT)

As mentioned above, from 2011 the Aptitude Test has been introduced in the Preliminary Examination. The basic reason for this change is to find only those who have the real attitude and aptitude for working as civil servants. In fact, such an aptitude for governance and administration needs to be developed with right approach and with a well- knot strategy for which the Academy offers a comprehensive classroom course. The striking feature is that the faculty members have their expertise in their respective subjects and topics concerned. This helps the aspirants gain tremendously both the skills and the required aptitude. Further, the course also provides practice sets so that the candidates are able to assess themselves on a regular basis.
